The extra $20 for the newer 3.0's is worth it, these olders ones should be $50 a pair

Agree again with you 100%. I've done both deals in the past. I like the 3's for nailers, but 5's are fine for me in basically everything else.

The 5's in a brad or finish nailer are absolutely miserable Frown

Regular 5.0 are kinda crap. You need the high output 6.0 or 8.0 for things like the grinders.
