I used to love this coffee and often recommended to friends. Recent order I received from amazon lacked the flavor for 10oz or 8oz brew.

Anyone else face the same issue?

You have to select One-time purchase: and the ~$5 coupon will appear, same as the 20% coupon did for S&S option.

I've noticed the seal on the Kcups being deflated or punctured. Coffee tastes terrible when I notice that.

My test is to press down on the top seal and it should feel air tight inside. It shouldn't move or crinkle. Amazon did refund me when almost HALF of the Kcups were like that.
