is there a way to change the movie time to later in the day w/o canceling the order and losing the tickets??

Yea, it involves going to the theater, printing the tix then exchanging them, or sometimes I have tix printed, but don't show up and come back a week later and say I couldn't make it can I get a readmission ticket for a different movie. But this is all YMMV and depends on the theater. There's no way to do this on the atom app since it's tied to the movie.

It didn't work once I try in the Atom app. But once I followed the link from email it worked. I was able to get 4 tickets.

Didn't work for me. I missed my show time by 2hrs because work went over, I printed the tickets and they all said "show time passed, see theater box office"

They wouldn't exchange or give vouchers, bummer!

So did you go see the box office and ask for readmission tix? I guess it's YMMV for theater. Curious, what theater chain was this at?

it was AMC. i did ask for a readmission ticket, the kid radioed a manager and the MOD just said no, sorry, no refunds, no voucher, nothing can be done for you.

I just got my readmission ticket from Regal and it has been past 10 days. I went to the guest services and just said I didn't make my showtime that date due to a change of plans that day and they gave me my 4 readmissions with no problem. I haven't tried it at Regal before because I go to a different theater chain. I attached a photo.

Interesting, that's different. Regal used to give red passes and blue passes. One of them expired like a year later and one of them didn't exp until 2099
