Yes, but this battery's capacity is a tiny fraction of the ones on a Teslas and other EVs. Perhaps you'll be able to drive a few miles on its charge, but not terribly useful.

By the time you take off the overhead for the inverter, which typically is around 80% efficient for basic general purpose though some are around 90%…with a 1400wh power station, that's about 1100wh usable ac power. 1100wh = 1.1kwh. Your EV charger isn't 100% efficient either, so out of that 1.1kwh, probably less than 1kwh actually makes it into the EV's battery. EV batteries are generally around 40kwh on up. 1kwh out of 40+ isn't going to do much for you…so while technically yes, you could charge an EV with it, but for the amount it can provide, it's not at all a worthwhile thing to even consider.
