It was .084 cents. Can't get upset, but what a stupid product!
I use nail-polish for that. Clean the rust out, if any, and put on several thin coats. Works decently well for that if you're ok with not an exact match.
I use them to color code the end of computer cables/AV, makes the rats nest easier to work with.
Good to touch up anything without thinner or throw away brushes.
The stuff originates from car paint, just less toxic, actual car touch up paint fumes are extra special smells of brain damage.
