start out with 15-20. tnese are marketed towards sportimg applications, but they're really for people who are standing up the whole day.

Thanks OP! My old compression socks were getting worn and needed a bunch to replace. 20-30 is more aggressive compression/a bit harder to get on but is better if you're standing all day.

They're not bad, but be aware that construction on these is different than on traditional socks, esp these cheap Chinese ones. The entire toe patch seems to come off on the ones I've owned. They still work fine, and I still use them for various things like work when I have to stand around for long periods, and for jogging, etc.. but this is def a problem imo.

Make sure to consistently keep your nails clipped.
