My appliance repair guy was over fixing my oven. I asked him what he thought about a specific Samsung fridge and a washer/dryer pair. He said "Yes, get them. That way I'll be over here every month to fix them".

I have Samsung 29 cu ft refrigerator since last 14 years. Running very strongly after three relocations without any issues.

I have 2 Samsung refrigerators. One of them, bought in May 2012, my main refrigerator, has no problem, still runs strong. The other, bought while we had Covid in 2020 as a backup, also has no problem for almost 4 years. My Samsung washer and dryer have same age as the 1st refrigerator, 12 years (since I moved to my house), have washed our family clothes of 5 without any problem. I heard a lot of people saying "tech" guys said this, said that about Samsung. Are they real "tech" guys? Are they rich enough for not wanting any money from you? Or are they in the opposite side, just want you to buy other brands so they can have more business with you? 😉

Thank GOD it's bespoke! Good job, Samsung. Which remedial CMO thought that term wasn't laughable. Classic.

I saw a great deal for the Samsung Bespoke fridge 3 years ago. Read the reviews which scared me a lot but I pulled the trigger anyhow. Fridge is still going strong. Amazing features, love the 2 types of ice cubes and the beverage center. I got the flex so I can switch one compartment from freezer to fridge. Never had an issue. Hope I don't jinx myself. =P

Reviews for all other fridges from LG, GE, Maytag, Viking, Thermador, and Subzero have people who hate them and love them. To each their own. Do your own research and decide for yourself. Good luck!

they seem to be hit or miss, you def. have the possibility to get one that breaks all the time. The fridge really is the coolest looking fridge on the market nd the price is good enough to flip a coin.

Samsung has overhauled their fridges and the bespoke line has a fairly good reputation.

Tips for fridge buying as I just bought one… get a ice maker that isn't house in the refrigerator (like many in-the-door dispensers), you'll have issues with melting and refreezing which ruins the ice makers. Prob the biggest repair issue across modern fridges. Buy one made in USA or Korea, you'll have to look at the specific model. Less features the better, less things to break down and when one feature breaks it could have a cascade effect on other things.

That being said, all modern appliances suck to some degree as companies are aiming for 10-15 years of use… they want you buying another appliance because ya know $.

Tempting but then I'm reminded about the nightmare my last Samsung fridge was, lasted 2 years. Whirlpool we replaced it with is starting to have issues after 10 years, they just don't make them like they used to I guess.

lies. The refrigerator stays while moving out.
Tell that to my sellers, they're taking theirs.
