PSA Amazon Slow Ship Credits

Don't know if this is allowed, if not I understand but thought people should know so they can check.
I religiously use Amazon Slow Ship Credits to purchase movies, Turbo Tax, etc. Therefore I track them consistently. On Wednesday October 23, I showed a balance of $138.21. Two hours later I went to purchase a movie and that balance was gone, vanished. I immediately contacted Amazon. I sent the screenshot to Amazon and we both agree it was there. In addition, my Slow Ship Credits that have accumulated since that time, and that I have emails from Amazon saying you've earned credits, are also not accumulating. Previous balance gone, new credits not accumulating. I have no reason why. The only common denominator is December 15, 2024 expiration date.
Six contacts with Amazon, many promises to contact me in 42 hours, multiple transfers and "escalations", 4 hours with their so called phone customer service today, and all they can tell me is basically, tough bounce, they don't know why.
I hope none of the others have had this happen, but if you have, maybe if enough of us complain they will provide something resembling customer service. They used to be so good.
