I've had one of these motion activated faucets for 5 years. I had to have one part replaced under warranty but other than that it has been great. there is not a more expensive model that I would buy over these.

We are doing a complete remodel of the kitchen right now and this is the one thing we are keeping.

One tip: I bought the Energizer lithium-ion AA batteries for mine. They have lasted 5 years and still going strong. I hate climbing under the sink so that's saved me from replacing batteries.

I've had one of these for 2-3 years now and have a part failure with the touchless mechanism. I think it's the solenoid valve. The sensor works (the light activates), but it doesn't actually switch on/off with motion. When I turn off the touchless feature, the faucet works with the handle.

I've been trying to find my receipt for several weeks. Frown

However, we love the faucet and feel like we've gone back to the Middle Ages with using it conventionally lately. You don't realize how useful the touchless feature is until you've had it for awhile, and then it's indispensable. If you cook with raw meat, it's really essential.

Was glad Woot brought these back. I bought one of the Flow motion activated on a prior deal, but we just put our house up for sale so now I can get another one to take with us Clap

Will never buy a motion sensor sink again. There is a reason why a company which normally offers lifetime warranty only offers a 5 year warranty for a motion sensor sink.

While I didn't have this brand I had a different big name brand. The solenoid valve boxes are usually made of plastic and that's where things started leaking. Would cost $175+ just to replace that box.

At least this one is only 1/3 the price of the one I got.

Thanks OP! Had one of these in our old house for years and have been looking to make the change.

These faucets have the best UI for any touchless faucet - super logical and user-friendly.

Last a long time on good rechargeable batteries in our very busy house - I may replace them 3x per year, max
