I'd rather use up 200cals and have a Barbells protein bar or something from Quest if you're looking for low carb options.
Higher protein would be better but the fiber content is good.
And it seems like a good deal to have on hand for a snack.
It's saying $2.99 now and doesn't ship for 3 weeks.
I don't really rely on this for protein
