No, but you don't need a sensitive ear when your guitar keeps going out of tune due to binding in the nut. Sure, you can use lube on there but the nuts are so cheap to buy and replace (even a DIY can be done) with good results.

Cool deal. If you do plan on buying this guitar, make sure to replace the ABS plastic nut with a bone or graph tech synthetic bone nut. Or even a zero fret guide nut.
