I just chat and ask them for it discount on the TV purchase. I said that I was about to purchase if they can give additional discount. They initially offer 2yr warranty or free installation but I insist on that I would do those myself. Here is my exact wording during the chat

"I know some people were able to get an additional 10% off provided by the customer service - I would want to request for that which I can place the order right away".

At some point, they asked me if I owned any other products and I actually do have phone/tablet/watch/tv/fridge which I told them. I feel that it helps with getting the 10% off as a loyalty discount.

The 85" QNX1D/QN85D at $1100 should really be its own deal thread. Really good price for a good QD mini-led. The QN90D is brighter and has better angle viewing but according to reviews you wouldn't notice unless side-by side. Typically you can chat and get the extra 2 year warranty for free as well.

Look for "Key Features" At the top of the the product page and the first item says: "Quantum Matrix with Mini LEDs". You can find it in the specs section well.

Where are you guys seeing that deal? The QN85d was like $1600 on ebay a week or two ago, $1100 would be an absurd deal

The 85" QNX1D is an exclusive model available only through Samsung.com. Specs are virtually identical to the QN85D. Right now... with EPP plus 10% discount (YMMV through chat) the 85" QNX1D is roughly $1100 ($1225 - $122.50).
