Under powered for what? Do you you even use tools? As an electrician I use them and haven't had any issues with similar set for almost 4 years. In 2020 I went into home depot to get v12 fuel and found the non-fuel version cheaper. For the first year I actually purposely wanted to brake them so I can go head and get the v12 fuel version but joke was on me. If I wanted more power I'd use my m18 fuels. This set is perfectly fine minus the batteries which I would recommend to go with the 2amp at least.
