Most electronic items may be returned within 14 days of the date on the sales receipt. Merchandise must be in the original, unopened packaging and be accompanied with a receipt.
So pretty much no return if you have tried them and don't like them!
Also ordering through Bose they are offering extending price match until next year and 90 day return if you don't like them. Never ordered directly from them, but liking what I see so far!
Just had a pair of Sony XB901N headphones snap across the plastic retainer at ear cup hinge - it's a design flaw and probably weak injection mold plastic - broke within 10 months of normal use and Sony is denying my warranty claim for defect saying it's "consequential" physical damage.
Am seeking ANY product other than Sony and looking at these Bose - anybody know if their warranty process acts better than what I just described above?
Bose is still always really good. And I've always thought Bose is slightly more comfortable.
