The standard is usually around $1/lb even on used stuff so this is a solid deal overall with free shipping through Prime.
These Cap ones are as cheap/no frills as you get and have slight weight variations but they get the job done, especially if you're stacking them on something like a sled, cable or lever arm machine.

Walmart has cashback and Amazon doesn't

The 2 people that mentioned color and handles already said it was a good deal.
This is meant to be a deal DISCUSSION site and they're discussing valid points. If I'm getting iron plates I'll spend a bit more to get something with handles for more versatility. That may not be everyone's preference but it's a helpful thing to consider when building out your own home gym.

I agree that not having handles on a weight limits the use of it. As good as a deal as this is, if someone has limited space and does more than just barbell exercises, there's a valid argument for holding out
Solid deal. Bumpers are overrated in most situations.

Math with 35s hurts my head.

If by discussion you mean pointing out things that are immediately and readily observable, um, ok. I didn't find that particularly helpful to the conversation but maybe someone else did.
To me its superfluous and the equivalent of looking at a Kia Soul and someone mentioning they're out because its not a pickup truck. OK? Thanks for the input.
If anyone wants handles, they can expect to pay twice as much and the image will likely be of a plate with handles.
