Anyone getting better range performance than some of the older reviews and commenters? I wonder if the issue if the internal antennas or firmware issues.

Not a fan of this router... Returned it due to its poor wifi reception. Honestly, I purchased the AXE7800 and thought it was much better for the price. It goes on sale on 11/18. Just my $0.02. My setup now is main router AXE7800 w/ 2x AX1800 as additional APs hardwired. Works unbelievably well for the price. Basically, created my own mesh network at a fraction of the price, all hardwired.

What is upcoming sale on the TP-Link AXE7800? I saw that it was somewhat recently on sale for $189.99.
