I think apple immediately knew retail was too much, $550 with tax was too much for a 60hz lcd and no Face ID in essentially 2025. $399 common and $350 bf deals are more inline

Exactly, I want an iPad mini Pro, and that's what they're charging for. Instead we get a gimped last gen chip with more memory than the last one, but only because they want it to run Apple Intelligence.

exactly. The ipad mini should be pro specs... small does not mean entry level. The entry level ipad is the 9.7 or whatever.

Apple has such a mess going on with their product line.

I agree with you, don't be discouraged by the downvotes. Though Apple won't give us 120hz soon because they want to charge premium on Pro models. Just like asking too much on additional ram. It's their business model and how they do well financially.

ProMotion LTPO only goes 120hz when needed to save power. What you said only applies to screens without variable refresh rate. And I don't think those commenters value 120hz just for gaming. Buttery smooth scrolling is great.

Though I like the legion tablets and really want oneSmilie So nice to have dual usb c ports
