the 7600xt isn't strong enough to utilize the 16gb of ram in almost all cases, it isn't even a noticeable upgrade to the 6600xt.

You can still find a brand new 6650 xt that is near equal performance for significantly cheaper.

You're not wrong but after the big news about RDNA4 I would want to get a 7000 series at least for hopes you get some backwards capability.
