Yes I can weigh in. I bought this very TV in this size and it came in shattered on one side. Even though I had the regular warranty and the extended 2 year warranty they refused to send a replacement, told me I would have to return and reorder. The shipping agency, RXO that brought it said 3 of the same TV's they went to deliver were shattered that week alone in just my area. I had to fight with Samsung to honor the original price on the reorder, so much so that all the song and dance I went through left me thinking otherwise on this and just never reordered.

I also bought an 85" from Samsung last year that arrived in perfect condition. Very different than experience with Greentoe where the same 85" TV arrived with a very heavily damaged box and a cracked screen.

I bought a TV from them a few years ago, the delivery was fine. The issue I had is once I got the TV hung up I noticed it was warped. After a lot of back and forth I finally got a new TV which was a year newer and a better model. Kind of a hassle but worked out for me in the end.

Do they accept broken TVs ? The display went out on my old LG Plasma recently. I would rather get $50 for it than dump it.

Anyway to get extended warranty for this . Samsung option is very expensive.

Is this TV worth $1120? I need 85" and it's in my cart for $1159 with delivery, tax, wall mount, wall mount service and $50 trade credit. Also 5% PayPal Cash back on Chase card plus 2.5% PayPal Cash rebate - and going through shopping portal with 2% back. The main negative is only 15 days return policy and restocking fee.
