Yes I can weigh in. I bought this very TV in this size and it came in shattered on one side. Even though I had the regular warranty and the extended 2 year warranty they refused to send a replacement, told me I would have to return and reorder. The shipping agency, RXO that brought it said 3 of the same TV's they went to deliver were shattered that week alone in just my area. I had to fight with Samsung to honor the original price on the reorder, so much so that all the song and dance I went through left me thinking otherwise on this and just never reordered.

I also bought an 85" from Samsung last year that arrived in perfect condition. Very different than experience with Greentoe where the same 85" TV arrived with a very heavily damaged box and a cracked screen.

both my tv's came, non cracked. had to run to store about 3 times to get spacers and bolts. but finally got them nice and snug and all secured. worth it!.

It still does for me also, but I noticed sometimes it will show the Samsung Works program, and does not apply the discount, but only if I was already logged into Samsung first. Once I sign out and then for the program/discount I use (Perks@Work) it will show the correct price and program.
