This is a highly anticipated set (like Pokemon 151 which is now sold out almost everywhere) and is expected to rival Evolving Skies. If you know you know. Given that these will probably sell out on Pokemon Center's website and then be double the cost from scalpers, it could be good to get your order in now at retail. Just an FYI for all the collectors and players out there that don't want to support scalpers and didn't get any notification about this new set being announced since its likely only going to be in stock for a short while.

100% Agree, that promo is so sick (and thank goodness, finally a non-tera form card!) It's a really cute card, and it's Eevee... so yeah, def will pay for itself, lol.

The Bestbuy one is a regular ETB meaning less packs, and no Pokemon Center stamped promo.

Bestbuy ETB = 8 Packs + Regular Promo
PC ETB = 11 Packs + Stamped Promo + Regular Promo

Anyone else getting an error checking out? Does Pokémon center block people ? I haven't ordered since July but can't place an order now always error.

Are you using a VPN? Try a different device than what you're using (i.e. go from phone to computer). They might have some systems in place to try and defeat bots.

I tried my phone, iPad and work computer no vpn used. Even tried guest checkout makes no sense and can't be ip ban since my work computer is first time I tried it. So weird.

They cut the limit from 4 to 2 per order so I think the stock may last a little longer, you should be able to get your order in.. fingers crossed!

Yes, they block people to help prevent scalping and bots on their site. If you open up like eight tabs on a page for different products quickly they'll lock you out for a day. Happens to me on occasion when I see they add in a bunch of new releases and I forget about it.

I doubt it. So many speculators and "sealed collectors" now days. Vintage sealed product is worth bucks because people weren't hoarding it and kids were putting them in their bicycle spokes. Something like 30 percent of all pokemon cards ever printed (counting vintage) were printed in 2021 and 2022, safe to assume much more now.

They are over produced like crazy just to account for people who are doing what you're doing.

Granted I doubt they'll ever lose value but I don't see this being the huge payday you're dreaming of.

Same! Bummer as this is the 1st SV set I won't have a preorder in for the Pokemon Center ETB. Me and the 8yo have been having a great time as we both get promo cards, maybe 2nd hand market won't be tooo bad
