You've had both? I ordered Costco wagyu ribeye a few years back. You think this is better?

Not really a NY Strip guy, stopped buying it years ago; but wagyu is a diff game of course. Curious how different they taste

I got Ribeye from Costco last time, and it was way too fatty for my taste. But, I'm giving this new one a shot. Let's see how it goes.

I don't bother with the homemade, I just grind it and toss it with some Ragu. That, some spaghetti, and some Wonder Bread toasted with butter and Parmesan out of the green can and you're rockin'.
