I really wish I knew if these would be in 3 separate bags inside the kit? It'd be perfect for my sunday school class for a fun Christmas party activity.

Hi! If you click on the videos on the product page (under the pictures) there is an "unboxing" video that shows the pieces in packaging as they come out of the box. It doesn't look like they are separated by each little gingerbread man, but after you assemble yours with the basic brown pieces, it appears there are lots of little decorative pieces, enough to individually decorate each one as you like.
