I bought this same kit listed as used mint condition from Proaudiostar ($2500) with a 5% coupon off used gear for $2375 and free shipping. They said it was a customer return, but the boxes that arrived were brand new and sealed, so YMMV. They did say I could return it within 30 or 35 days if there were any issues, including the item condition, and they would cover shipping, which is great because this thing is massive and comes in two separate boxes.

Was your item listed as Open Box or as Used? (or is there another category for Mint Used?)
Also did the kit from Proaudiostar come with the Kick pedal and missing stands?
I am indeed seeing this item as Used but am a bit concerned about ordering this, seeing that it's not in great shape, and missing out on this Adorama deal.

Forgot to answer your question about what it came with - it came with just the kit, so no hi-hat stand, snare stand, or kick pedal. I think that the Adorama kit is the same and does not come with those either.
