If you don't need the extra services, this is a good deal.
That brings it up to $888 all in for things most would want if they aren't doing it themselves.
WDT970SAKZ is at Costco for $699 all-in, including all the above items, a $189 saving. Plus a two year warranty rather than one.
This HD deal is best for self-installers. For those who want the whole thing handled, Costco is substantially less. Yes, $65 membership if not already, sure, but it's still a far better deal.

That said, I can tell you that going from a noisy Hotpoint, or similar, to a higher end GE at 41 dB is a serious upgrade. Instead of having to avoid watching TV or making phone calls when the dishwasher is running, you will barely notice that the dishwasher is on. I installed one that was basically silent to replace a slightly noisier model (probably about 44 dB), and I kept checking to make sure that it was running for the first few weeks.
If you're worried about reliability, buy an extended warranty or at least buy it with AMEX or similar credit card that doubles the warranty to two years. Once you reach that point, the chances of it breaking are much lower since the manufacturing defects should have already failed by then.
