He has a point. Some people will have a difficult time thinking of a use because, like he described, city waste will only accept certain bins and in other neighborhoods HOAs take care of the yardwork all together. It does… because this isn't a "garbage can coupon"… you can use it on hundreds if not thousands of other items. The fact that he's saying "well I don't need a garbage can so what am I supposed to do" is a ridiculous comment
