For the 2024 holiday season, eligible items purchased between November 1 and December 31, 2024 can be returned until January 31, 2025. ( nice benefits so you can try it out ) I picked up the V12 earlier this year from Home Depot for $390 I really like it.

The cons, it is noticeably heavier than the v8 and longer due to the different design. That's fine with floor attachments but using it with just the crevice tool is annoying, it's bulky. Don't plan on using it to clean your car. I find the digital display gimmicky as it serves no real purpose, same thing with the laser on the fluffy head attachment. Overall I would definitely buy it again, and it does come with everything Dyson offers in a single package.
