I didn't have any issue, got an email 30s after purchase leading to a page with the steam code and it activated just fine on Steam

I get regular email from them but not verification and game code email. I'm guessing isp blocked? So I opended cdkeys account with gmail number and purchased with credit card. Works for me although I'd rather use paypal.

I added to cart, purchased with PayPal. Had to wait about 10 seconds. Clicked x in upper right to clear offers. Clicked claim button. Verified version, platform, region. Clicked reveal key. Copied. Redeemed on Steam successfully.

Took less than 30 seconds start to finish. I know it also sends an email.
