Decent price. This would make a nearly perfect "one bag" option for flying. Should probably fit most a American carry-on standards (though nobody seems to check anymore. I see a lot of stuff that's way too big...). it might be technically too large, but if you can cram it into the little box at the gate, you'll be okay.

If you're flying in Europe or Asia a lot you may need to check your preferred carrier's size limitations.
