CRI on this is 70. You'll want something with a nichia 519a emitter if you want high CRI.

I have 2 & they are great.

Great light for camping, biking and general wide beam applications. With the diffuser, best camping light and runs for days.

Also serves as a power supply via USB-C out.

Also, no way is the CRI that low. (5k model anyway).

This is my new favorite handheld flashlight! I bought this Q8+ flashlight a couple of months ago, and it has gotten more use than any other flashlight I own. To be fair, this is NOT a pocketable light, but it does fit in my jacket pocket just fine. I only turn on Turbo mode for a few moments at a time, 16,000 real lumens is great. I mostly bought it for the long runtime on medium settings. You get an honest 1,000 lumens for 5+ hours or pretty close to 2,000 lumens for 2+ hours.

try walking in the woods in pitch darkness..Youll want as much light as possible

Sofirn has really responsive support, actually. Probably trying to build a good reputation to stay in the business for the long haul. They once shipped out a replacement package that arrived in 3 days (from a US warehouse).

Really don't see practical application for even half that if accurate. My 18650 flashlight is under 2000 I think and I barely use the high setting .
