After doing the $5 sub I didn't see the Skip to Gold under my rewards but it was located on my main page of the Play Store app. Here is a screenshot of what to look for if you can't find it: https://imgur.com/a/iPHD9kR

Once I skipped to gold, the 30% off coupon showed up under Perks when you look at your Play Points by clicking the blue point total on the top of the main page https://imgur.com/a/DKZNsyg

It works. Can confirm. I first went to google play store on my phone and under play point first to enroll "gold tier" (comes free with my google one subscription, then under perks i can redeem the saved reward to get 30% off. Then go straight to google store and i see the discounted price
It doesnt seem to stack with the -150 deal that already existed?

You need the 2 GB plan to get 10% back. You can get 3% back with the 200 GB plan. But I'd upgrade to the 2 TB plan and then cancel after a month. You'll still get more back in credit than you paid for it.

commenting to add that ymmv but worked for my account that has previously had a trial to play plus and already had 2tb one plan to sign up for a one month play pass and it had a free upgrade to play gold level. after I did that a 30% off code showed up. going to swap my 8 pro for a 9 pro. would love a slightly smaller phone again. cost is $70ish with a $70ish play credit

I wasn't seeing it either, check your ad preferences in google play, allow all ad targetting and history, then clear cache in the app and reopen it, then the unlock shows up. you also have to have google Play Pass
