Amazon has until Ian 15 for return. So I thought - buy now and return if there would be similar deal for m3 16GB MacBook Air. Almost pressed "buy" but then read fine print about they now require UNOPENED box to accept return. So I'll wait for m3. Of even will wait and buy m4 air for the full price when Apple release it.
Looks like bestbuy has same deal and their holiday return policy doesn't have unopened requirement .
