The pickup trick is to have two windows open. Add an item that pushes your cart total over $10.
Go all the way to check out where it says submit order/payment in one window. On the other, go to the last checkout page that you're able to edit the cart and delete the extra item. Don't close this window. Go back to the other window and submit your order. When you check your order summary, you'll see the extra item was removed.
3-Oz of Gold is like $8000 at Costco right now.
Edit: I got the travel size from whoever packed my order. Make sure you check because they look the same
