Dollar for dollar, good luck finding a better value for titanium, sapphire crystal & Miyota 9051 automatic movement.
The price *may* seem steep at face value, but try comparing to other watches w/ similar specs. You'll see how much more expensive they are compared.

A few initial thoughts:
1) Arrived complete in retail box, with sticker and hang tag. Condition is 9/10, or EX. I could only notice a couple of faint marks, that only appeared under light at certain angles, but it's eye clean to the average person.
2) If you've never had a full titanium watch before, it's so light compared to an equivalent stainless steel watch that it almost feels hollow (titanium is strong but a lot less dense than steel).
3) The titanium has a uniform dull brushed finish with soft chamfers. The Seiko is much better finished, with brushed and polished surfaces and sharper chamfers. This contrast might also come down to limitations when machining titanium vs steel at this price point.
4) The matte blue dial color is quite plain. Sunburst or lacquer would have been better.
5) The painted aluminum bezel is the least premium part of the watch. It's a 60 click bezel with very soft scalloped edges.
6) Lume is ok, not as bright as the Seiko.
7) Haven't timed it but the Miyota should be as good as the Seiko, about +1 spd.
Overall definitely worth $266; I felt it was worth it just for adding a titanium diver into my collection. The Seiko was over 3x that price.
Also, my watch arrived in a Citizen box with tags on it. Also had the little protective paper on the bracelet that you removed prior to adjusting and putting it on. Bracelet looked brand new, and watch appeared to have never been worn. For the price, couldn't beat it.
