Kirkland/Amazon Basics/SuperTech synthetic is all made by Warren. Mobil 1 is likely "better" but Warren is much better than good enough. It's oil, just get the correct weight and put it in. Here is a good video by the highly respected Project Farm

Warren Industries. Check out performance tests of Mobil and Castrol vs Costco/Walmart/Amazon oils on YouTube. Name brand oil isn't worth it anymore

Warren, the same as most other private label (Amazon, Walmart) oil. It is plenty good for the price.

I think it's not a very great deal. I typically get the 5quart from WM for $23, and when the rebates kick in, its even better

Do you happen to know of any tests/studies about using these non-Euro spec oils on Euro vehicles? I've heard a lot of people say that the only important thing is changing your oil regularly. But I'm a bit reluctant to stray away from the spec that my VW asks for. And unfortunately, that means I can't partake in these types of deals at the moment.

Shell t6 synthetic diesel oil for small engines to motorcycles and atv's with a wet clutch. Why pay 15/qt for honda, yamaha branded oil.
