True. Delivery prices mean you need like 50% off to get about the same price as pickup including the tip. Convenience and not using your vehicle is worth something though

I do hope if you order you get what you ordered and if not, when you request a refund for the part you didn't get, you aren't told your order isn't eligible for a refund. I had to do a chargeback and now they want me to pay for that order again in order to use their app any more. No thanks!

This is the worst or one of the worst companies in existence. If anything goes wrong, which it will, there is literally no route to interact with customer service. Also, good luck cancelling your membership before they charge you for the following month. Class action lawsuit target for sure.

Uber used to let you combine promos but not anymore (like this deal at restaurants with B1G1) 😪 i still used it for a local joint and combined with Costco $80 for $100 eGC

It seems the days of getting "better than picking up in person" deals are over. Now the only way to break even with Uber eats is to buy discount Uber eats gift cards > upload to the app > then grab a 50% offer and use the discounted gift cards for payment.

This! I cancelled my Uber One membership after my 3rd year due to the continued increase in prices and limited discounts. I guess it couldn't last forever and I still prefer when possible to dine in or take out at local restaurants. Going forward I'll use it if there is a good deal or for some reason I can't make it out due to work or being sick. Really this is a convenience tax and similar to ordering online is due to us becoming more lazy and not wanting to socialize except if you live in a major city with bad traffic. 😂
