NVM, apparently it has a fan on both sides... which is... interesting.
Wccftech reports that the RTX 5070 will feature a 192-bit memory bus with 12GB of GDDR7 VRAM.
Is it worth waiting for? Will you be able to get one at retail prices anytime soon after launch? Who knows... but if you want something under the Christmas tree this year it has to be the 4 series.

Personally, I would wait a couple months to see how the 50 series and AMD RDNA 4 GPUs shake up the mid-range pricing.
Based on the most recent leaks, the 5070 will only have 12GB of VRAM, as others have mentioned. However, there's a good chance that AMD's 16GB offering will have similar overall performance to this for under $600 (I've seen rumors claiming the 8800XT will be on par with the 4080 for $499, but I'll believe it when I see it).
