Whether you view these issues as important depends on how much you value ownership. If you don't mind about long-term access, this is a great deal for present-time enjoyment. Buy it if you plan to play it now, but don't depend on it being there in 5-10 years. Times change.
Personally, I have reached a point where I don't care about long-term access anymore. The question I ask myself these days is if I plan on playing it now, not a year down the road or even a month from now, but if I would play it now. If not, I pass, even if it's a great deal. If you don't play it, it's a waste of money.
Also, SNK is now owned by the Saudi Arabian Misk Foundation, which is controlled by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The foundation acquired a majority stake in SNK in 2022, holding about 96.18% of the company. If you're interested in the politics, this might be important to know. If not, feel free to ignore this last paragraph and enjoy the game. I love the developers and want to support them. This ownership change isn't within their control or decision, but it's information you can consider for yourself.
