Cigarettes and energy drinks both started off as "healthy and safe" before eventually being labeled as unhealthy and unsafe.
Then they both carried the attitude of "well, sure there are some downsides, but it's worth it!"
Just like with cigarettes, long-time users are going to feel like garbage when they're suffering the consequences of energy drinks, and wish they had never started.
Heart attacks and other heart-related issues in people under 40 are going to EXPLODE. The teens who started chugging energy drinks when they first got big are approaching their 40s, and already a lot of people have had to quit energy drinks because it causes heart problems.
Just drink a strong coffee with a little cream and sugar.
