I use it on a lot of recipes, sometimes for pasta sauce, but more I'll use it for any recipe that uses tomato paste to brighten the flavors or to give a deeper/richer tomato flavor. These are so much more convenient than the 6oz cans of tomato paste since those you pretty much have to use up right away while these can be capped and put back in the fridge for a solid month or more so it allows you to use a tablespoon or two if that's all you need and not have to waste the rest.
