1000000000000000% chance! I've reported them to ebay and PayPal so many times its not even funny. Each time I've tried them its always looked like a pack of wild dogs got ahold of it after a it had an encounter with a garbage disposal

You can try but there may be damage to the box or display. If he's and out of the box collector and only the box is messed up then that's awesome. I HIGHLY recommend ordering with PayPal and then taking pictures of how the box it plastic bag shows up and document everything and then if it's in really bad condition send those pictures to PayPal. It'll take about a week to get your money back.

Unlike a normal Pop, these don't come in a cardboard box. They come in a hard plastic display that has some cardboard around it and is then shrink wrapped. Bullseye Deals (Target) will ship these in a plastic bag and not a box, but typically they will arrive okay with maybe a tear or dent in the cardboard. Unlike normal Pops, these displays actually look better out of the package.

But the plastic could be cracked/ broken, the paper/box around it could be torn or missing all together etc. I had one of my comic covers come from them with a hole punched through the plastic and the pop loose inside of it with the plastic shard inside too.
