Should I pair it with B650 or wait for new B850 or X870?
B650 will suffice. The new chipsets are refreshes of the previous ones (i.e., same stuff but relabeled and more expensive).

Hardware Unboxed, on YouTube, released a few very helpful videos on this topic: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=OpVgEmm0J2U

Should only have a slight boost in productivity like prior chips. If you do a lot of editing etc, then it will be better for you.

No such thing as a B850, it's the X870 (Non-E) that is the equivalent. The B840 is the new A620

No. Well I mean it's your money, but the 5800X3D is such a good piece of silicon for gaming still I don't know that it would be worth the $700+ dollars to upgrade your MB and RAM to buy this chip. That's a pretty big expense to net a ~10% increase in 1440p or 4k gaming, or even the 15% increase you'd probably net in 1080p.

If you playing at 1080p medium setting and want a jump from 300fps to 400fps…..yeah

I would upgrade now with any board that offers pcie5 support. Then you can be ready for new gpu drops in 2025 onward. Otherwise stick with what you have. Also I heard x boards are useless you are a content creator looking for robust connectivity.
