I've purchased this exact model a couple of yrs ago at the same price but did not come with the sling bag so this is pretty decent. Separately, i did purchase the Rumble kit separately which incudes a handle, foam, and organizer which is pretty useful. Overall it's a good deal, i purchased this for the size and ease of storage. It does have an electronic keypad and a separate key for access. Does come w/a cable lock but haven't used it but overall good compact size that's easy to move around.
The earlier 1.0 versions wasn't as secure, there are ways to open it up relatively easy (multiple youtube vids on this) but apparently this is fixed in the 2.0. Hope this helps!

Have both the 1.0 and 2.0 on these and they have been rock solid. Size on 2.0 is nice for full size and the added backpack to this deal makes it a great deal. Have used this multiple times with TSA as well and works great.

I'm looking for a safe to store some jewellery, does this work? I see this seems to be a portable safe geared towards gun like items. Thank you in advance.

Curious if 2.0 changes the design that can be defeated with a fork as seen in the locking picking lawyer YouTube video. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=T5Y...sgbGF3eWVy

These pods without the bag were on clearance at my costco for $70 last year, I i bought two and I like them but dont think I'd spend an extra $50 for a bag i dont need or want since I'd never be carrying around a little safe by itself.

The fit an m&p Shield 9mm and extra magazine well. The Essential is $80 and probably would do the trick too

Yeah mine has a sticker inside that says something along the lines of "updated to not be picked" so I assume that's their fix...that said you could still crack these things open with a small pry bar in 10 seconds if you were a robber.

Can I store my CCW under the seat of my car in this using the cable to secure it to the seat frame?

The bag is apparently only worth $40 retail

It's a nice idea to put all your valuables in one "secure" place, so that a thief can steal it all in one swipe Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin

Like many things this looks to be a slightly improved rebranded generic Chinese product. I have this Temu version and it has no business being as good quality as it is for the price.

Ok cool, thanks for the info. Probably not all that important depending on the typical use case. Unless you got kids etc

Yes - I haven't used mine in extreme heat or cold, but in normal operating temps seems to be perfectly happy under the seat.
