Yup, 1000% it's a sh*t show, always has been. the last time I went into a store near me years ago, I felt dirty when I left it was that bad! This is why I always try to buy from BB and amazon but amazon CS has gone to sh*t in the past 5 years so I even try to avoid amazon now unless there is a promo w/ amex offers, etc

People who bought this during early access didn't have issues with shipping. I see few people are having issue shipping and have to do pickup.
