Just in case anyone sees the "At a Glance" box on the Walmart page that shows these have active noise cancellation(ANC)—they absolutely do not have ANC.

Got these for my son for Christmas last year and we took them back the next day. The ear cups are so small and sit on top of your ears and just felt terrible. We ended up trying on some Sony headphones at Best Buy that had normal sized ear cups that completely cover your ears that were way better. He wears them every day.
I have these, been using them since 2018 and it's still working till today. So I can have some to share:
1) Comfort: It will hurt you after wearing for a long time.
2) Sound Quality: Good but not the best.
3) Noice Cancellation: OK.
4) Build Quality: Good, having them for 6 years and the faux leather on the ear cups are wearing out but nothing breaks.
5) Connectivity: Very good, can connect to multiple sources and have great support from Apple devices (Phones, Tables or Apple TV).
6) Micro USB: I hate this the most because I had to find the cable to charge them.
7) Battery: 40hrs is very good, and the battery is not degraded very much as I use it every night for movies and still hold up very well.
For $69 I would say it is a great deal. You may want to use them without good care or give them to your kids.
I use these almost daily. Mostly for work / teams and listening. To YouTube on my laptop. It's a great price. Even better if you use Apple products with it for connectivity and functions.
If you want super noise cancellation and highs and lows , probably best to look elsewhere.
The main redeeming qualities of these is that it still has the W1 chip, so if you're heavy into the Apple ecosystem it plays nicely with Audio Sharing and automatic switching between devices. I'd be frustrated by the micro-usb but these would be decent TV watching headphones for AppleTV.
