The LATCH attachment hook is an easy to use car seat belt-style connector (seen here [youtube.com]) similar to those found on Chicco car seats. Contrast this with the metal hooks that are sometimes implemented on other models (loved the Britax car seat, especially in rear-facing, but... hated the LATCH hooks), making the Graco a good option for those who might move the seat/booster between cars.
