Try the Neutrogena oil free acne face wash. It actually helps calm my pimples

Just a pea size drop of generic Walgreens non-fragrance body lotion I have laying around.

Try the Panoxyl 4% wash and let it sit for a few minutes before washing off. Highly recommend before showering because it stains towels.
