So, who approve the card in Chase doesn't know Amazon Prime member has to login before see the offer.
I can't understand this behavior in US, phone call has magic powers and still be the #1 "security proof" process.

Will usually be email. This happened to me before with chase. I just had to send them a photo of the front and back side of my drivers license ircc.
