So, who approve the card in Chase doesn't know Amazon Prime member has to login before see the offer.
I can't understand this behavior in US, phone call has magic powers and still be the #1 "security proof" process.

Do you and your husband have separately paid prime accounts? If not, how did you both get the $200 gift card? I want to do this but only my wife has a paid prime account
Are we sure about that? Have you specifically tried this.

Signed up June 2023 Cancelled at the end of month
Signed up again July 2024 Got approved instantly
Got both credits. Only worth applying when the bonus is $200
Yup. Then you wait for them to send you higher bonus amount for opening savings/checking with them and get more 💰 get your score up and get more cards including from other issuers.
Welcome to the infinite money glitch where we trade credit score for money (and miles/points)🫡
Edit: you need to pay taxes on all the bonuses (not the miles/points afaik), so don't spend it all.
Edit2: not financial advice.

i do not see the $200 GC option and only see 3% cash back on the card for my offer.
Can i apply under my name but using their amazon account to get the 5% and $200 GC?
