I don't know why Walmart does the "2 Pack" thing. I've seen that for various items (4 pack King Oscar mackerel, 2 pack Nescafe instant coffee) when there aren't separate SKU/UPCs for those items. Those items aren't bundled or packaged together, and the pickers will just pick 2 or 4 off the shelves.
Edit: LOL - the offer I did was this one, I was thinking about another Aisle offer!
